  • 1 hour at the start of the contract and 4 hour long meetings to be organised with your schedule.
  • A workbook to help you take action and formulate ideas and goals. 10% off the ‘End’ package.
  • Accountability and action-based coaching to help you finally start your novel, with a plan to help you achieve results with measurable success.

The Middle

For writers who need guidance

Have you started your writing journey but feel a bit stuck and want some help getting to the end?

This is your opportunity to turn uncertainty into clarity, unlock the potential of your narrative, and finish your novel.

  • A read-through of your work to date with in-text edits and commentary.
  • A writer’s check-in every week for a period of 14 weeks.
  • In-text feedback on new chapters as well as previous.
  • A workbook to help you understand how to move forward with your plans and take action.
9 hours of Zoom calls broken into:
  • 1 hour pre-read call to help me understand the aims of your novel. Following a 2 week period in which I read your work to date, a 2 hour feedback session.
  • 1 hour session every 2 weeks.
  • The opportunity to talk about your work as you write it, understand crucial elements such as satisfying a reader’s expectations, and a package that will leave you with a solid first draft.

The End

For writers who have finished a first draft

The new developmental edit. If you have finished the first draft of your novel and are ready to refine it, focusing on strengthening storyline, structure, characters, and more, this is for you!

This is your opportunity to turn uncertainty into clarity, unlock the potential of your narrative, and finish your novel.

  • A ‘live’ Developmental edit, with the opportunity to work through your novel in manageable chunks alongside an experienced coach and editor.
  • Accountability so that you can edit your novel on your own timescale.
  • In-text feedback for the entire novel.
  • The chance to get your edits checked as you work on them, so that you know you’re left with a strong novel.
  • Weekly email check-ins.
  • A 125-page workbook to help you understand how you have answered your intentions and goals for the novel.

9 hours of Zoom calls broken into:

  • 1 hour pre-edit, so I can understand the aims of the novel. Editing sessions of 1 hour every 2 weeks, giving you the opportunity to work on your edits in between.
  • Detailed summaries of coaching calls so that you revisit the discussions as needed, and optional recordings.
  • A detailed overview of our planned work together, taking into account narrative, characterisation, dialogue, consistency, target audience, reader expectations, structure and plot, magic systems, tense and point of view, pacing, setting, themes (internal and external), tension, line editing considerations, and plot notes and recommendations.
